AJT DESIGN & MARKETING ADDS ONLINE INTERACTIVE FLASH HELP TUTORIALS TO ITS CLIENT SUPPORT PORTAL
Easy to use. Interactive. Self paced. Those are the three adjectives that best describe AJT Design’s new online tutorials, according to a survey of the firm’s clients. AJT Design & Marketing, an Orlando web design firm, has just added a full complement of more than 50 instructional guides to answer users’ questions and provide helpful information regarding corporate website management.
AJT Design’s Online Tutorial Center includes programs on a wide range of topics including: Setting Up New E-mail Accounts, Configuring Your Outlook/Outlook Express, Troubleshooting Common E-mail Problems, Setting up a Vacation Autoresponder, Viewing Website Statistics, General Overview of the Navigation of the Control Panel, How to create a MySQL Database, Password Protecting a Directory and many more.

We wanted them to become familiar with how our website and email accounts function,” explained Joel Greene, president of Condo Hotel Center. “The new employees took the relevant tutorials on AJT’s website and were up to speed in no time. Best of all, other employees didn't have to take the time to train them.”
Each online tutorial provides straightforward overviews as well as guides the user through the various steps to accomplish the stated objective. The tutorials combine detailed visuals and some are with narration, so even the novice can feel comfortable tackling a new skill.
“The feedback from our clients in the initial weeks has been extremely positive,” said Sebastion. “The overwhelming feeling seems to be that the tutorials are not only easy to use, but they’re fun to do.
